ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compilation of accounts in tally/ zoho

GST Filing and Compliances

TDS Filing and Compliances

Inventory Management Zoho Books

Preparation of monthly sales reports, tally and stock reports

Preparations of Delivery Challans for Consignment Sale

Preparation of return products to vendors/ debit note

Vendor customer follow ups

Costing of products and pricing.

Export Documentation Processing Paperwork

Coordination with Chartered Accountant.

Physical Stock Checks

Sales Reconciliation with bank statements/ card swipe statements

Day to Day Compilation of Accounts, booking all transactions

Ability of facilitate e-commerce website.

2-3 years experience

Probation Period 3 months

Long Term commitment preferred
