About the RolenPanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the RMC plant.

nThis is a full-time, on-site position at our RMC plant in Nagpur. We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in Nagpur and are comfortable working from the plant on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
n
- Handle sales, purchase accounting and invoicing.
n
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
n
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
n
- Track customer outstanding payments and collections.
n
- Handle bank and cash entries and reconciliations.
n
- Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
n
- Assist with GST returns and GST reconciliation.
n
- Coordinate with the company’s CA/tax consultant for statutory requirements.
n
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
n
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
n
- Prepare basic monthly MIS and accounting reports.
n




- Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding accounts and payments.
n
- Maintain proper financial documentation for the RMC business.
n
- Provide routine accounting and financial information to management.
n

Key Requirementsn

n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
n
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
n
- Practical knowledge of GST, GST returns and GST reconciliation.
n
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
n
- Experience in RMC, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing will be preferred.
n
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
n
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities.
n
- Good communication and coordination skills.
n
- Candidates must be currently based in Nagpur.
n
- This is an on-site position; candidates must be comfortable working from the RMC plant on a daily basis.
