Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain complete day-to-day accounting in Tally
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal vouchers
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Conduct customer and vendor/party reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management
- Assist in inventory and stock reconciliation
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data preparation

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce




- Minimum 3–4 years of practical accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Good command of day-to-day accounting
- Experience in bank and party reconciliation
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience in MIS reporting
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
