Job Summary

Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial records and other accounting activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Assist with audit requirements and financial reporting.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.




- Perform other accounts-related activities as assigned by management.

Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
