About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselor to join our sales and counseling team. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and educational requirements, and guiding them toward suitable EdTech programs and services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to effectively counsel and convert prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.

Understand students' career goals, educational backgrounds, and learning requirements.

Provide detailed information about relevant courses, programs, and services.

Counsel prospective learners and recommend suitable programs based on their requirements.

Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively.

Follow up with leads and drive conversions/enrollments.

Achieve individual and team sales/enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospective students.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Maintain a high level of customer engagement throughout the counseling and enrollment journey.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Strong interest in education, career counseling, and sales.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.

Comfortable making calls and conducting regular follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in EdTech, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or B2C Sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Gurugram.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
