About the Role

ReWiser is a fast-growing education company focused on delivering high-quality academic programs and test preparation to students. The company is looking for a dynamic Academic Counsellor/ Sales Executive to drive enrollments, build strong relationships, and contribute to its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, in-person meetings, and structured follow-ups.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable academic pathways and test preparation programs.
- Drive conversions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Plan and execute BTL (below-the-line) marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Actively participate in school and college fairs, education expos, seminars, and outreach events.
- Conduct on-ground student counselling during school visits, college fairs, and promotional events.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.

Eligibility Criteria Experience & Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development,



education counselling, or student outreach.
- Solid communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Capability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and educators.
- Willingness to engage in field activities, events, and institutional visits.
- Passion for education and helping students make informed academic decisions.

Location Requirement:

- Must be based in Bangalore and flexible to travel across India for events and outreach activities.
