Job Opening: Academic Coordinator – Pre-Primary

Opening in : Malkajgiri.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator to manage and lead the Pre-school.

Communication : Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Experience: Relevant experience in early childhood education and academic coordination.

Education: Graduate with PPTTC or Other recognized Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certifications are also accepted or sound experience in school academics, staff management and counscelling parents.

Leadership Qualities: Solid leadership and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage teams, interact professionally with parents for curriculum details, and coordinate academic processes smoothly

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the curriculum implementation





· Conduct training and mentoring sessions for teachers under the assigned segment

· Serve as the primary point of communication with parents, addressing concerns and sharing regular academic updates

· Ensure high standards of classroom practices and child development

· Collaborate with school management for academic planning and event coordination

· Provide leadership and direction to the teaching staff for continuous improvement
