****Position:Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

- The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, and Anesthesia & Respiratory Care product ranges in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals of the region across all customer segments.
- Identify, develop, and manage different business channels (distributors and direct sales) in the assigned area.
- Responsible for developing and monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify market development opportunities and drive unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure timely supply and liquidation of products.
- Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key accounts Qualifications
- Degree in Pharma or Science
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management from any B School Experience Minimum 3 years in sales in Pharma/ Medical devices industry.
