Responsibilities

- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with system reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, coordinating logistics to meet customer delivery expectations.

- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards for products and processes

- Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or quality concerns.

- Prepare detailed inventory and operational reports for management review and strategic planning.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.

- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to procedures.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

- Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

- 3-4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management with a strong background in operations.

- Proven ability to manage inventory and dispatch processes effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to handle logistics challenges.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.

- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
