Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily store operations, sales, inventory, staff, customer service, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Supervise and manage store staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock receiving, display, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling activities.




- Prepare daily and periodic sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding store requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
