First Sketch Spaces is looking for an experienced and creative 3D Exhibition Stall Designer with strong expertise in 3ds Max and exhibition industry design. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality, realistic, and practical exhibition stall designs while maintaining speed, creativity, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Design 3D Exhibition Stalls, Display Areas, Kiosks & Event Spaces.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare realistic 3D views and presentation designs.
- Coordinate with the internal team for design modifications.
- Understand exhibition fabrication, materials, and practical execution.
- Deliver designs within the assigned timelines.

Required Software Skills

- 3ds Max ( Mandatory )
- V-Ray ( Mandatory )
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop

Candidate Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Exhibition Stall Designing.
- Prior experience in the Exhibition & Events Industry is mandatory.
- Strong creativity, design sense, and knowledge of materials.
- Ability to understand client briefs and execute designs independently.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Terms & Conditions 1. Industry Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in Exhibition Stall Design and Event Fabrication will be preferred.



Experience in unrelated design fields alone may not be sufficient.

2. Daily Performance Expectations: The candidate should be capable of completing approximately 1 quality 3D design project per working day, depending on project complexity and brief. Quality, accuracy, and timely delivery are essential.

3. Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time professional role. The selected candidate must be committed to First Sketch Spaces during working hours.

4. Exclusivity No Freelance / Other Professional Work: The selected candidate will not be permitted to undertake freelance projects, outside design assignments, or other professional design work alongside this role without prior written approval from the company.

5. Design Test: A design test will be conducted as part of the selection process to evaluate design quality, software proficiency, creativity, and execution speed.

6. Performance & Quality Standards: The candidate will be expected to maintain professional design quality, meet agreed deadlines, follow client briefs, and incorporate feedback from the internal team.

7. Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must submit their updated portfolio showcasing previous exhibition stall designs and 3D work.

Work Details

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work from Office / Work From Home Option

Salary: Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 per month

Selection Process: Portfolio Review - Interview - Design Test- Final Selection
