nJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP MM experience and strong exposure to Business Blueprint (BBP) documentation in at least one implementation or rollout project. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, experience documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes and gap analysis, and knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI.

nThis is a documentation-heavy functional role requiring proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong documentation, articulation, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

nRoles and Responsibilities

- Work as an SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Materials Management processes.
n
- Prepare and maintain Business Blueprint (BBP) documentation for SAP implementation or rollout projects.
n
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and perform detailed gap analysis.
n
- Analyze and document the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and related SAP MM processes.
n




- Understand and document SAP MM integration with SAP FI and related business processes.
n
- Prepare functional documentation and process flows using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
n
- Support documentation activities for implementation, rollout, audit, compliance, and template-based SAP projects.
n
- Maintain accurate and structured project documentation throughout the implementation or rollout lifecycle.
n
- Support SAP Solution Manager documentation activities, where applicable.
n
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure clear articulation of functional requirements.
n
- Support analysis and documentation of release strategies, pricing procedures, and account determination.
n
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards.
n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams for requirement clarification, documentation reviews, follow-ups, and closure of open items.
n
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance-related documentation activities where required.
