About the Role
We are looking for an experienced

SAP CS/SM & FSM Consultant

for a

part time remote opportunity .
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management (SM)

and

SAP Field Service Management (FSM) , with proven experience in

SAP implementation projects .
Key Requirements
Mandatory hands-on experience in

SAP CS/SM .
Mandatory experience with

SAP Field Service Management (FSM) .
Proven

SAP implementation experience

is required.
Strong understanding of end-to-end

service management processes .
Experience in configuring and implementing SAP CS/SM and FSM solutions.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.




Experience working with business stakeholders during implementation and deployment.
SAP SD experience is nice to have , but not mandatory.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
