Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across multiple businesses within our group. The candidate should have proven experience in generating leads, sales, appointments, brand awareness, and ROI-driven campaigns.
The role will involve managing digital marketing campaigns for healthcare, pharmaceutical, IT services, footwear, and other business verticals.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
Setup and optimize Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Engagement, and Remarketing campaigns.
Audience research and targeting.
Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets.
A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible CPL.
Google Ads
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize Quality Score and Ad Rank.
Monitor CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Create conversion tracking and goal setup.
Improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Analytics & Reporting
Setup and manage:
Meta Pixel
Google Analytics (GA4)




Google Tag Manager
Google Search Console
Conversion Tracking
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements.
