Should be a developer grown as a Manager / Scrum Master Agile / Scrum
Agile practice currently being followed
Building product roadmap, backlogs and estimation
Agile estimation techniques
Agile / scrum metrics.
Release planning
Project management
Valuable knowledge of software development life cycle
Knowledge of T&M; & FP contracts
What is being covered in WSR
How to check health of the project
Project planning, schedule & cost / budget metrics, critical path
Some experience on backend technologies such as .NET/C#/Node/Java/Python
Knowledge on frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, react.
