Role overview
Sajtech Services LLP is hiring Medical Billing Associates to follow up on outstanding US medical claims, investigate denials, and help resolve claims for payment.
Key responsibilities
Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims.
Review accounts receivable and identify pending, rejected, or denied claims.
Analyse denial reasons and take the appropriate follow-up action.




Obtain accurate claim status and payment information during outbound calls.
Record call outcomes, denial reasons, payment details, and next steps.
Coordinate claim corrections or resubmissions when required.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Keep healthcare and billing information confidential.
Candidate requirements
0–2 years of experience in medical billing, AR calling, or denial management. Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
Strong spoken and written English.
Confidence in handling a voice process and US insurance follow-up calls.
Willingness to work from the Rajarhat office on a fixed night shift.
Good computer, typing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management is an advantage.
