Should have 7+ years of Core SAP HR Payroll experience
Should be strong in US and Canada Payroll Configurations
Must have led the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll solutions within the S/4HANA environment
Configure and manage complex country-specific payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), and features to ensure exact gross-to-net calculations
Drive seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP Payroll using Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or Core Hybrid models
Design and maintain statutory compliance requirements, including tax configurations, year-end processing, and legal reporting/forms (e.g., Year-End tax filings)




Oversee payroll tax engine tools (such as BSI Tax Factory for US payroll) and regularly apply SAP Notes and Support Packages for regulatory updates
Author comprehensive functional specifications for ABAP developers to create custom payroll reports, user exits, and interfaces, followed by rigorous testing
Serve as the subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve complex payroll run errors, posting failures to Finance (FI/CO), and third-party vendor interface issues
Must have worked in US AMS/Support engagement with hands-on to ticketing system SNOW
