Role: Data Scientist

Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
Strong expertise in A/B Testing, Hypothesis Testing, and Experimentation
Good understanding of Statistics, Statistical Inference, and Causal Analysis
Experience in Machine Learning / ML Modelling
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Robust business acumen, strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills
Ability to work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and quasi-experiments




Apply statistical methods to derive actionable business insights
Build and/or deploy machine learning models as required
Analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns
Present data-driven insights to business and senior stakeholders
Develop scalable and reusable measurement frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
The role requires a strong combination of statistical expertise, experimentation, machine learning, business understanding, and stakeholder management .
