Job Overview
We are looking for a Director Social Strategy / Lead to own our social media strategy, audience growth, content direction, and digital brand presence.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong understanding of social media platforms .

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.
Define content pillars, formats, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies.
Work closely with content, design, video, and marketing teams to build high-performing content.
Analyse social media metrics and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
Lead social media campaigns, launches, and creator/influencer collaborations.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour.
Build, mentor,



and manage the social media/content team.
Establish processes, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance benchmarks.
Take ownership of the brand's overall social presence and growth.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
Proven experience managing social media strategy for a brand, creator, media, or digital-first company.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics, audience growth, and content performance.
Excellent strategic, creative, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage teams and multiple projects independently.

Good to Have
Experience in Finance, Fintech, BFSI, EdTech, Media, or Creator brands .
Experience managing large digital audiences.
Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics tools.
Experience in influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
