Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Material collection as per daily schedules and refilling plans
- Monitoring and improvements in Schedule compliances
- Prepare & maintain MIS w.r.t. material in/out, delay, short/excess, etc. of Dev. Warehouse
- Maintain standard safety stock of raw material at vendor as well as inside the factory
- BOM Templates preparations & modifications.
- Achieving cost cut targets thru cost cut and waste cut proposals.
- Planning & Executing Time study / motion studies of process at supplier end.
- Costing for current component & w.r.t. the time study.
- Document preparation & updation accordingly
- Daily collection plan review and intimation to seniors
- Time schedule placement/revise/ increased schedule intimation
- To send 3 days rolling plan, and follow up as per plan.
- Maintain zero line loss due to material shortage
- Delivery precision compliance
- Parts & Sub Assembly Development.
- Problem Solving through RCA/8D.
- New supplier sourcing Process planning, manufacturing feasibility study & machining sequence planning.
- Press tools, Jigs Fixtures Zero base costing & design understanding.




- Maintain accurate records of Manufacturing inventory, purchase orders, and production schedules.
- Assist with analyzing SCM data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Process audit & Co-ordination for Continuous Improvement activities
- Press tools/Jigs - Fixtures, Gauges Handover co-ordination with Process .

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- DME with minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience Or BE mechanical with 1 to 2 years’ experience.
- Good problem solving, communication, co-ordination skills required.
- Should have Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge about FMEA/ PPAP
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Own Vehicle with License is must.
- Core knowledge Precision machining OR Pressing processes (mechanical pressing on press 10 T to 200 T)
