Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and attendance management.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle both office and site-level manpower requirements.
