Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support and manage digital advertising campaigns for lead generation and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, monitoring, optimization, analytics, and generating qualified leads through various digital platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Set up and manage campaigns, audiences, keywords, budgets, and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve results.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
- Track leads and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, images, videos, and landing pages.
- Conduct basic A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to monitor lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead generation.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing,



Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing pages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work with new digital marketing tools.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with relevant Digital Marketing knowledge or certification are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of practical experience in performance marketing will be preferred.
- Internship or hands-on experience with Google/Meta advertising is an added advantage.
- Interest in B2B and manufacturing/industrial lead generation is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
