Introduction Master & Digital Data Management Practice

The Master & Digital Data Management (MDDM) Practice enables organizations to build the trusted data foundation required for AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation at scale. The MDDM Solution Design Team partners with prospective and existing clients to identify business challenges, uncover transformation opportunities, and design innovative data-led solutions that create tangible business value. The team bridges business objectives, operational processes, data strategy, and emerging AI technologies to develop scalable solutions that enable enterprise-wide transformation.

Role: As a Master Data & AI Solutions Consultant,



you will help organizations maximize the value of their data assets by designing modern, intelligent, and scalable data management solutions that support both operational excellence and AI adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good understanding / experience of Master Data and its impact on downstream processes. Min. 5 years of professional experience in Master Data Management (key data objects: Customer, Vendor, Material, Product)
- Experience in managing Master Data operational team/ engagement/ client.
- The role requires consulting skills, business acumen, and understanding of digital & AI technologies in Master Data Domain in addition to analytical capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, effective communication and maintaining professional relations with the client and internal Infosys stakeholders.
- Will be an asset:
- Basic understanding of SAP
- Participation in SAP Implementation Programs from Data/ Master Data side or experience in leading Master Data Projects
- Master Data Governance knowledge & experience

- Understanding BPM service offering and GBS outsourcing environment
- Basic understanding of deal lifecycle – from opportunity identification to go live
- Understanding of banding structure and its impact on P&L;
- Understanding of Infosys corporate procedures – project codes, pricing & revenue
- Creativity & creative approach to challenges
- Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop

DUTIES:

- Build & design Solution (commercial offers) for Master Data opportunities like Data Operations, Quality, Data Cleansing projects, with strong components of Digital interventions.
- Banding reviews and adjustments for prospective deals, obtaining delivery and centre’s sign offs.
- Developing/ participating in new solutions, tools, methodologies, strategies in growing MDDM Practice.
- Supporting engagements in identification of improvement areas.
