Mianro Systems develops AI-powered solutions that help US businesses grow through automation, websites, CRM systems, and digital marketing.

We are hiring experienced Sales Agents to conduct scheduled video appointments with US business owners and close sales. Qualified appointments will be provided by our Appointment Setter team, along with training, scripts, CRM, and sales processes.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Minimum 5 years of US sales experience
- Proven consultative sales and closing experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral or near-American accent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Robust discovery, objection-handling, and closing ability
- Experience conducting Zoom or Google Meet sales calls
- Experience using CRM and online sales tools
- Ability to work MondayFriday, 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

Core Responsibilities

Sales Demonstrations & Closing

- Attend qualified appointments provided by the Appointment Setter team
- Review prospect information before each appointment
- Conduct live video calls through Zoom or Google Meet
- Understand the prospect’s business, challenges, and requirements
- Present the most suitable solution using a consultative approach
- Handle questions and objections professionally
- Discuss pricing and confidently ask for the sale
- Follow up with interested prospects until a decision is reached




- Complete the approved payment and customer handover process

Sales calls will usually be booked for 40 minutes but may continue for 60 minutes or longer when required.

CRM & Reporting

- Update CRM and sales activities daily
- Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records
- Record complete notes after every appointment
- Coordinate customer handover after payment
- Attend sales meetings, training, roleplays, and coaching sessions

Work-From-Home Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Laptop or desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM
- Consistent internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
- Reliable power backup
- High-quality webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet, well-lit, and professional workspace
- Availability throughout the complete working shift

Preferred Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- Consultative B2B sales
- SaaS or digital marketing sales
- Website and technology sales
- Selling to US small businesses
- Conducting live product demonstrations
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Remote video-based closing

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured using:

- Sales appointments attended
- Sales closed
- Closing rate
- Revenue generated
- Follow-up completion
- CRM accuracy
- Customer handover completion

Compensation

- Fixed Monthly In-Hand Salary: 30,000–70,000
- Performance Incentives: 50,000–1,50,000 per month
- Salary paid on the 10th of every month
- Qualified appointments provided
