- Pick up customer orders from the assigned store/hub.
- Deliver groceries, food, daily essentials and other customer orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned orders.
- Use the delivery partner mobile app for order allocation, navigation and delivery updates.
- Handle customer orders safely and professionally.
- Ensure products reach customers in positive condition.
- Collect COD payments where applicable and follow the required cash-handling process.
- Report delivery issues, delays or customer-related concerns through the appropriate process.
- Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines and delivery procedures.
- Maintain hygiene and proper handling of food and other products.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike and smartphone in good working condition.
Eligibility
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid two-wheeler Driving Licence.
- Own bike/scooter preferred.
- Valid RC, insurance and other applicable vehicle documents.
- Android smartphone.
- PAN and Aadhaar/KYC documents.
- Active bank account.
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Bangalore.
- Comfortable using Google Maps and mobile applications.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous delivery experience will be an advantage.
