Job Purpose:

Build, manage relationships with NRI Imperia customers; achieve income targets

Job Responsibilities:

Manage up to 300 NRI Imperia customers

Engage portfolio customers every two months; record in CRM

Resolve service issues; identify sales opportunities

Profile customers; recommend suitable products

Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets

Enhance portfolio value and book size

Achieve top-line targets for products like LI, MF

Acquire recent customers; flag them in system

Monitor and dispose remittances

Contact 20 unique customers daily for sales

Update CRM with call details and follow-ups

Update Event Based Triggers and client processes

Handle service requests for NR HNW clients

Ensure TPP product selling certification

Follow all NR Desk processes





Check FTS for timely instruction processing

Increase market share; cross-sell bank products

Ensure optimal Income generating Product Group Holding

Enhance client CTG level; achieve customer group profitability

Deliver quality customer service; resolve queries same day

Manage complaints within specified TAT

Maintain a healthy NPS score
