Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed drawings and designs for concrete structures, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Develop estimates for materials required for projects.
Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience in the field of structural drafting or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD).
- Solid understanding of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) design principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
