- Handle customer queries related to telecom services, plans and accounts
- Assist customers with billing, payments, service and account-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
- Provide accurate information about telecom products, plans and offers
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines
- Meet defined quality, productivity, SLA and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant telecom products and services
