AM Operations | Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end shift operations, productivity, SLA/CPT adherence, manpower planning, process compliance, quality, customer experience, and escalation management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end shift planning and execution as the Shift Owner.

- Track shift productivity and drive achievement of operational targets.

- Monitor SLA, CPT, CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT, and NTBDR .

- Ensure adherence to SOP, process, quality, UPP, space design, and audit standards.

- Conduct RCA for operational misses and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Ensure timely vehicle placement and fulfilment of customer requirements.

- Plan and track manpower availability, attrition, absenteeism, and floor requirements based on CAP fluctuations .

- Drive manpower training, floor capability building, and 555 Audits .

- Maintain a secure, healthy,



and positive workplace environment and drive team motivation.

- Handle and resolve Operations, Customer, 3P, and Vehicle escalations .

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and customer experience .
