Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by identifying current business opportunities, cross-selling products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit balances, reduce attrition rates, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in CASA sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of current accounts, savings accounts, and other financial products offered by banks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
