We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers.

This role is ideal for a qualified who combines strong financial acumen with deep understanding of real estate development, regulations, and land/entitlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and evaluate complex financial models for real estate opportunities
• Assess land title, regulatory, and entitlement issues impacting development
• Work on business development strategy and deal evaluation
• Use real estate databases and market intelligence tools for decision-making
• Evaluate and structure opportunities including stressed assets

Requirements:




• 7–10 years of experience in Business Development / Financial Analysis
• Experience with an Indian real estate developer is mandatory
• Exposure to stressed assets will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel & MS Office tools
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations and processes

Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant / MBA / or both

Soft Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking & analytical mindset
• Team player with excellent process management abilities
