About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project execution.

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with members of the Marketing Department to support day-to-day activities, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure smooth execution of various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to support daily operations and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for internal and external stakeholders.
Attend meetings, document discussions, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Content, Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, and documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns,



events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Conduct basic market and competitor research as required.
Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other marketing documents.
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Help maintain an organized workflow within the Marketing Department by supporting coordination and administrative activities.

Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides/PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
