We are looking for an empathetic and proactive Customer Success Associate to support customers throughout their loan journey, from the initial enquiry to disbursal.
Key responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and guide them through the process. Collect documents and coordinate with the internal team and lending partners. Provide timely status updates through calls and WhatsApp. Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate customer records. Resolve concerns with empathy, transparency, and professionalism.
What we are looking for
Robust communication skills in Tamil and English. Customer-first attitude with good follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable using CRM Software, WhatsApp, phone, email, and basic digital tools. Experience in customer service, banking, loans, or financial services is preferred, but not mandatory. High integrity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
