Role & responsibilities:

Aksha Moneyworks4u is a boutique wealth-management and mutual-fund distribution firm in Pune, serving affluent and HNI families across India.

This is not a pure equity-research role.

You will:

- Build Aksha Moneyworks4u's product research architecture
- Develop independent views on funds, fund managers, sectors and market cycles
- Strengthen our Investment Committee, research frameworks and institutional memory
- Contribute to portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment-strategy discussions
- Interact with fund managers, CIOs and investment teams across AMCs
- Contribute to research publications, client webinars, YouTube and other thought-leadership initiatives
- Help train and develop younger investment talent within the organisation
- Help shape our proposed PMS as it develops.

The role offers a 5-10 year canvas across investment research, product strategy, Investment Committee responsibilities, thought leadership and team building. Scope grows with demonstrated capability and judgment, not tenure.

For the right person, we are open to discussing a long-term incentive linked to the investment and PMS business as it scales.





Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for someone from the sales or product side of an AMC, MFD or wealth firm someone who has spent years around markets, funds and fund managers, developed real judgment along the way, and now wants to move into a research-led role.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience and exposure to multiple market regimes
- Genuine interest in businesses, markets, sectors, fund managers and investor behaviour
- Working understanding of fundamental analysis, financial statements and valuations
- Understanding of investing styles value, growth, quality, momentum, contra
- Positive knowledge of India's mutual-fund ecosystem and leading fund managers
- Ability to articulate a thesis, the risks, the opposing evidence, and what would change your view
- Willingness to challenge consensus and senior colleagues when required
- Desire to build something rather than simply perform analysis

MBA Finance / CFA / CWM / CA are welcome, but quality of thinking and market experience matter more than certifications.
