Role & responsibilities

1) Estimate the cost of fabricating mechanical items like Bellows, Ducts, Flanges, Tubes, Hoses, Dampers, Strainers, Pipe Supports, Dish Ends

2) Draft the assembly and part drawings in Autocad and Solid Works

3) Generate the Techno commercial quotation and submit the same through Customer portal, Email or hard copy format

4) Prioritize order execution by performing Monthly capacity plan for welding, forming and pressure testing operations and Provide monthly progress reports to customers

5) Responsible for ensuring recent dies for forming and special fixtures for pressure testing are available to support monthly production plan

Preferred candidate profile

1) Prior experience in cost estimation and drafting required

2) Fabrication knowledge of Boilers or Heat Exchangers or Bellows or Mechanical fittings preferred

3) Above 80% or 8 GPA score in School and College desired

4) Proven Written communication in English advantageous

5) Design Calculation knowledge of any mechanical engineering equipment/assembly/part based on known standards like ASME, ISO, EN, BIS bonus
