Role & responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery products and provide detailed information about designs, quality, and pricing.
1. Maintain excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
2. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
3. Maintain proper display of jewellery items and ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
4. Handle billing, product inquiries, and basic customer documentation as required.
5. Support store operations including stock handling and coordination with the team.
