Role & responsibilities:

- Handle sales enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Demonstrate Spattoo and explain its features to potential customers.
- Onboard new customers and help them get started with the platform.
- Provide ongoing customer support through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Work closely with the product team and share customer feedback.
- Help improve customer engagement and retention.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi and Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.




- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Positive, energetic and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Basic understanding of computers and SaaS products.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 02 years of experience in sales, customer support or customer success is preferred.
