Job Description:
The Sr. Product Manager / Group Product Manager will be responsible for leading the Product Management Team (PMT) for gynecology brands. The role involves end-to-end lifecycle management of products, including brand strategy development, launch planning, promotional planning, and performance tracking. The incumbent will work closely with sales, medical, and creative agencies to develop impactful marketing campaigns, promotional inputs, and scientific communication. Robust analytical ability to track market trends, competition, and brand performance is essential. The role also requires mentoring junior PMT members and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Work Experience Required:
8- 10 years of experience in Product Management with a pharmaceutical company, preferably in the Gynaecology segment.
