Manager, HR Operations | Bengaluru
We're looking for an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead HR operations and payroll delivery across Indonesia, China, Australia, and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead regional HR operations and payroll processes.
- Manage and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and employee experience enhancements.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders across APAC.
- Lead regional and global transformation initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 10-15 years of HR experience, ideally within a Shared Services workplace.
- Experience supporting multiple APAC countries.
- Strong background in HR operations, payroll, and process improvement.
- Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Proven people leadership experience.
