Role & Responsibilities

- Act as a Talent Partner / HR Business Partner for the assigned business, supporting business leaders on talent and people-related priorities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower demand, role clarification, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, offer management, pre-joining engagement and joining conversion.
- - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, capability gaps and talent requirements.
- Support key HR areas such as employee engagement, retention, performance management, internal mobility, career conversations and succession planning.
- Track hiring metrics, open positions, recruitment funnel, offer dropouts, attrition and other people metrics through HR dashboards and regular reviews.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, HR COEs and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of critical and priority positions.
- Analyze employee feedback, attrition trends and hiring data to identify people-related issues and recommend suitable interventions.




- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, IJP, employee engagement, R&R;, performance management and exits.
- Drive a positive employee and candidate experience through effective communication, stakeholder coordination and timely closure of HR activities.
- Job Requirements

- Education: MBA / Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience: 36 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition / recruitment roles.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and recruitment governance
- Good exposure to employee engagement, retention and attrition management.
- Strong business stakeholder and hiring manager management capabilities.
- Experience in HR dashboards, reporting, people metrics and HR process execution.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor, manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with business and HR stakeholders.
