Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections of in process materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, scale)
- Perform stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Carry out quality checks on incoming materials, equipment, and machinery to prevent defects or contamination.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and certifications.
- Disptaching material as per client requirements
- laser marking marking of products with batch number and names
