Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable HRSD solutions while integrating ServiceNow with external systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop HRSD solutions on ServiceNow.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Configure Employee Center, HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop custom applications, workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Support deployments, upgrades and production issues.
