Candidate Profiles:

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) as it is a Frontend Process where team members would interact directly with member.

- Good typing skills of minimum 30 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%, SVAR SCORE to a minimum of 60

- Preferably from English Medium Education background

- Good English Comprehension Skills

- Good Analytical and Multitasking Skills

- Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in keyboard typing skills.

- Valuable knowledge of Business Writing Skills required.

- Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills





- Should not be enrolled in any Full Time Educational Course

- Comfortable with only WFO

- Comfortable with only Night Shifts or as per Business Requirements

- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19

- Outstation candidates & out of transport boundary candidates need to relocate within the Wipro Transport Boundary area

- Should Have aadhar and pan card original.

Required Skills:

* Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.

*Any BPO Experience of minimum 1 yr with complete documents mandatory

Candidates must be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including rotational night shifts and rotational weekoffs.
