Placement coordinator. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Industry: NGO/Social Services. Job Type: Full time.

Key Responsibilities

- Industry Coordination: Establish and maintain communication with companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and industry representatives.
- Company Invitations: Contact potential recruiters and invite them to participate in campus placement drives.
- Placement Planning: Plan and coordinate the annual placement schedule, recruitment drives, interviews, tests, and pre-placement talks.
- Student Registration: Maintain accurate records of eligible students, their academic details, resumes, skills, and placement preferences.
- Student Preparation: Organize training sessions such as aptitude tests, group discussions, technical interviews, HR interviews, communication skills, and soft-skills development.
- Communication: Share placement-related information, eligibility criteria, schedules, instructions, and job opportunities with students in a timely manner.
- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate written tests, interviews, group discussions, presentations, and other selection activities.
- Documentation: Maintain placement records, company details, student participation, selection results, offer letters, and placement statistics.
- Student Guidance:



Counsel and guide students regarding career opportunities, job roles, recruitment processes, and professional expectations.
- Employer Feedback: Collect feedback from recruiters and students to identify areas for improvement.
- Placement Tracking: Track selected students, joining status, salary packages, job roles, and other relevant placement outcomes.
- Compliance Discipline: Ensure that students follow institutional placement policies and skilled conduct during recruitment activities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular placement reports and present placement-related data to the Placement Officer/Head of Department/Management.
- Alumni Industry Engagement: Leverage alumni and industry networks to create additional employment and internship opportunities.
- Internship Coordination: Assist in identifying and coordinating internship opportunities for students where applicable.
