Designation: Team Leader - Service Unit

Office Location: Hosur Plant (Plant), Karnataka Mysore Plant (Plant)

Position description:

To ensure availability of machines in the respective unit, by adhering to PM schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
- Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
- Maintain 2s and VCS updating.
- Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
- Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis
- Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis.
- Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.




- Transparent the abnormalities unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
- Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.
- Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.

Educational qualifications preferred

- Category: Diploma

- Field specialization: Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Mechatronics

- Degree: Diploma
