QC Engineer

Location: Lonand MIDC (Near to shirwal)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Mechanical
Experience: 4–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Auto Components / Foundry / Gears / Press Parts / Pumps

Key Responsibilities:

- Inward inspection of raw materials, components & purchased parts.
- Inspection as per drawings, specifications & quality plans.
- Handle measuring instruments and gauges.
- Identify & report non-conformities and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quality issues.
- Follow 5S, EHS & quality procedures.

Required Skills:

- Engineering drawing reading
- Dimensional inspection & calibration
- Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, HRC Tester, Gear Tester, Form Tracer, Roughness Tester, etc.
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & 5S

Preference: Candidates with robust hands-on experience in inward quality inspection, drawing reading, gauges and dimensional inspection.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
