Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman who can independently supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings and instructions.
- Manage and deploy labour teams efficiently according to daily work requirements.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Supervise PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship before and during execution.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools and manpower at site.
- Monitor daily work progress and report the same to the Site Engineer / Management.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure secure working practices.
- Identify site problems and coordinate with the Engineer for timely solutions.
- Minimize material wastage and improve labour productivity.
- Ensure work is completed according to required quality and schedule.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
