Job Description:

- Shift team collaboration and assign the work to the operators
- Audit the CTQ & CTP stations according to the POR and work with production supervisors for the issues closure.
- Shift wise line wip audit arrangement and wip monitoring as per standard
- OPs Training , performance & Certification monitoring including kappa and simulation on shift wise
- Identifying defects , non-conformities or deviation from quality standards and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions including QC Sampling ,
- Abnormal issues handling and initiate the line stop for the process deviations/ Non POR activities and work with shift team to release the QOH.
- Verify the environmental parameters adherence and work with production/facilities and Engg team for the control actions.
- Make the shift report and submit to internal team for consolidation
