​Job Title: Associate – Global Business Development

​Work Mode: Hybrid / On-site
​Eligibility: Freshers / Fresh Graduates
​Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
​Key Responsibilities:
​Conduct market research and leverage analytical skills to identify potential business opportunities and client targets across global markets.
​Build, maintain, and analyze prospect data using data literacy skills to drive lead-generation strategies.
​Engage with prospective clients through active listening to understand their technical staffing needs.
​Collaborate with internal teams to align tech staffing solutions with prospective client requirements.
​Maintain a resilient, positive attitude to achieve outreach goals and targets in a fast-paced environment.




​Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
​Tech Aptitude: Robust affinity and quick learning ability for technology and technical staffing solutions.
​Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to gather, process, and draw insights from market data and industry trends.
​Data Literacy: Comfort in working with client datasets, pipeline matrices, and tracking reports.
​Active Listening & Curiosity: Excellent communication skills with a drive to ask the right questions and understand client challenges.
​Resilience & Positivity: Solid work ethic, adaptable mindset, and persistence when handling challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
