Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries, quotations & follow-ups.
* Generate new leads through calls, emails & LinkedIn.
* Follow up for orders and payments.
* Maintain customer and sales records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
* Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
* Attend customer meetings/visits when required.
Required Skills
*Positive Communication | Customer Handling | MS Office | Negotiation | Lead Generation | Sales Follow-up
Experience in Industrial / Technical Sales will be an added advantage.
